2. Eligibility, Age & Health Responsibility
- Our programs are open to all age groups. Children are warmly welcome under the active supervision of a parent or guardian, or under direct instructor guidance as arranged at the time of enrolment.
- Participants below 16 years of age must have written consent from a parent or guardian prior to joining any session or program.
- A parent or guardian must remain present or reachable during sessions involving minors unless specifically agreed otherwise with the instructor.
- You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, or recent surgeries to your instructor before beginning any session.
- We strongly recommend consulting a physician before joining if you have any chronic health condition, cardiovascular issue, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery or injury.
- Vedic Yog Kendra shall not be liable for any injury, aggravation of a condition, or health issue arising during or after a session if relevant medical information was not disclosed in advance.
3. Bookings & Enrolment
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Trial sessions are subject to slot availability and must be pre-booked via WhatsApp or the website. One complimentary trial class per person — repeated trial bookings are not permitted.
- For online classes, participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable device. Technical difficulties on the participant's end do not qualify for a session credit or refund.
- Enrolment in any plan or program is personal and non-transferable to another individual unless explicitly approved by us.
4. Fees, Payment & Billing Cycle
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated for international online classes.
- All plans must be paid fully in advance before the commencement of classes or services.
- A one-time registration fee of ₹500 applies to studio class enrolments (includes yoga mat and initial assessment).
Monthly Billing & Mid-Month Joining
- All monthly plans run from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month.
- If you join mid-month, fees for the remaining days of that month will be calculated on a pro-rata basis up to the 30th/31st of that month.
- The pro-rata amount for the joining month will be adjusted against your advance payment. The balance remaining after this adjustment will be applied toward your first full monthly payment starting from the 1st of the following month.
- All monthly plan renewals are due by the 3rd of each month. Failure to renew by this date may result in a temporary pause of your sessions until payment is received.
- Quarterly and yearly plans are billed in full at the time of enrolment and are not subject to monthly billing cycles.
- Prices are subject to change. Enrolled members will be notified of any price revisions before their next renewal.
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian government regulations.
- For international online classes, currency conversion charges or transaction fees levied by payment platforms are to be borne by the participant.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Quarterly & Yearly Plans
- Quarterly and yearly plans are paid fully in advance and are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances such as confirmed long-term medical inability to continue or permanent relocation, we may at our discretion offer a pro-rata credit for unused sessions — not a cash refund.
- Such requests must be submitted in writing to hello@vedicyogkendra.com within 7 days of the event or circumstance.
- Classes cancelled by us will be compensated. Classes missed by the member will not be adjusted or refunded.

- Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

- Sessions cancelled by the instructor will be fully rescheduled or credited.
Online Classes — India & International
- Once a live online session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

6. Schedule & Class Changes

- Classes may be suspended on public holidays, during local events, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Affected sessions will be compensated with additional classes or a credit at our discretion.
- Batch timings are subject to change based on enrolment numbers and operational requirements.
- Members are encouraged to confirm their session timings via WhatsApp if any doubt arises.
7. Yoga Therapy & Wellness Services
Vedic Yog Kendra offers therapeutic wellness services as a complement to yoga practice. These may include but are not limited to: Jal Neti (nasal cleansing), detox programs, Ayurvedic massage, therapeutic yoga for specific conditions, and other traditional wellness practices.
- All therapy sessions must be preceded by a health consultation with our instructor or therapist. It is mandatory to disclose all relevant medical history before undertaking any therapy service.
- Therapeutic services are supportive wellness practices offered as a paid addition to your yoga journey, and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Fees for therapy sessions will be communicated separately at the time of booking.
- Participants with specific medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, ear or nasal disorders, skin conditions, or severe allergies must inform us in advance before booking any therapy session. Where blood pressure or blood sugar readings are a concern, participants are required to normalise their readings first and provide an update to us before the therapy day. Sessions may be deferred or declined by us in the interest of the participant's safety.
- If you are currently under medical treatment or on prescribed medication, please disclose this at the time of booking. Our instructor will advise whether a particular therapy is suitable for you.
- Vedic Yog Kendra is not responsible for any adverse reactions arising from non-disclosure of medical conditions, failure to follow pre-therapy instructions, or failure to update us on health readings before the session.
- Therapy sessions are booked and paid separately from regular yoga plans unless explicitly bundled at the time of enrolment.
Cancellation & Refund — Therapy Sessions
- Therapy session fees will be communicated and confirmed at the time of booking. Full payment is required in advance to confirm the appointment.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a reschedule or credit at our discretion.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- If a session is cancelled by us, a full credit or rescheduled appointment will be offered.
- If a therapy session is deferred by us due to undisclosed or unresolved health readings (e.g. high BP or blood sugar levels), no refund will be issued for that date — a rescheduled session will be offered once the participant confirms readiness and updates us on their health status.
8. Events, Retreats, Treks & Meetups
From time to time, Vedic Yog Kendra organises experiential programs including day outings, yoga retreats, nature treks, and community meetups. The following terms apply to all such events:
- All event registrations must be confirmed with full or partial advance payment as specified at the time of announcement.
- Event fees cover only the services explicitly mentioned in the event description. Any additional personal expenses (travel upgrades, personal meals, additional activities) are to be borne by the participant.
- Cancellation by participant: Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will receive a credit note for future use. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
- Cancellation or postponement by us: In the event of cancellation or postponement due to weather, safety, low enrolment, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered a full credit or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- For treks and outdoor activities, participants must be in reasonable physical health and must disclose any relevant physical limitations. We reserve the right to decline participation if we believe it poses a safety risk.
- Vedic Yog Kendra is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or health incidents during outdoor events, treks, or travel programs. Participation is at the individual's own risk.
- Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, personal safety equipment, and any required permits unless explicitly included in the event package.
- Conduct during events must align with our Code of Conduct (Section 9). We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event without refund if their behaviour endangers others or disrupts the experience.
Cancellation & Refund — Events, Retreats, Treks & Meetups
- Fees for all events, retreats, treks, and meetups are announced and confirmed separately at the time of each event. Full or partial advance payment will be required as specified per event.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date: a credit note valid for a future event will be issued. Cash refunds are at our discretion.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event: a partial credit may be offered at our discretion depending on costs already incurred.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event or no-shows: non-refundable and non-creditable.
- If we cancel or postpone an event due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrolment, or any other reason beyond our control, participants will be offered a full credit transferable to a future event. Cash refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Any non-refundable costs already paid to third parties (venues, guides, transport providers) on behalf of participants will be deducted before any credit or refund is calculated.
9. Code of Conduct
- All participants — adults, children, and accompanying guardians — are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.
- Please arrive on time. Late entry may be refused to avoid disruption to ongoing sessions.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent or switched off during sessions.
- Studio spaces and equipment must be treated with care. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the responsible participant.
- Vedic Yog Kendra reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any participant whose behaviour violates these terms, without any obligation of refund.
