Yogacharya Rohit Gautam

A pioneer in the modern yoga movement in Dehradun, our lead instructor has been among the early practitioners who helped establish structured yoga learning in the region.

With years of dedicated practice and teaching experience, he has played a key role in bringing authentic yogic traditions into a practical, accessible format for everyday life. His journey began long before yoga became widely popular, rooted in discipline, personal exploration, and deep study of classical yogic principles.

Over the years, our Yogacharya has guided students from all walks of life — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners — focusing not just on physical postures, but on breath, awareness, and inner balance.

Today, he continues to lead Vedic Yog Kendra with the vision of making authentic yoga a way of life for everyone, not just a practice on the mat.



Dr. Pooja Surya

Dr. Pooja Surya is a PhD in Yoga Science and a highly experienced yoga practitioner specializing in women’s health and holistic healing through yoga.

With deep academic expertise and practical understanding of the female body, she focuses on addressing women-specific health concerns through safe, structured, and therapeutic yoga practices. Her approach combines scientific knowledge of yoga with gentle, restorative techniques designed to support long-term wellbeing.

She is especially dedicated to guiding young mothers through pre-natal and post-natal care, helping them build strength, recover safely, and maintain emotional balance during transformative stages of motherhood.

Through her work at Vedic Yog Kendra, Dr. Pooja Surya continues to make women’s wellness a focused and compassionate journey rooted in yoga science.



Rahul Verma

Rahul Verma is a certified yoga instructor with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yogic Science from SGRR University. Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama, he is passionate about helping individuals achieve physical fitness and mental wellbeing through yoga.

With experience in studio training, personal classes, and online sessions, Rahul focuses on creating balanced and mindful yoga practices suitable for all levels. His expertise also includes yoga therapy, mindfulness, holistic wellness, and healing techniques such as acupressure cupping therapy.

Through his work at Vedic Yog Kendra, Rahul Verma continues to guide people toward a healthier, stronger, and more balanced lifestyle through the traditional wisdom of yoga.



Aryan Arya

Aryan Arya is a state-level 4-times gold medalist and nationally certified yoga instructor. He has Master’s degree in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and Graduation Degree in Yogic Science from Gurukul Kangri University.

With years of experience as a yoga trainer, Aryan has conducted both personal and group sessions focused on stress management, flexibility, lifestyle improvement, and overall wellness. His teaching approach combines mindful practice, body alignment, and therapeutic techniques to create safe and effective yoga experiences for practitioners of all levels.

Specializing in Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama, Aryan continues to inspire and guide students toward physical strength, mental clarity, and balanced living through his work at Vedic Yog Kendra.
